If you've spent years holding it together, checking every box, and still feeling disconnected from your own life — I help women work through what got them there, so they can start living again.

Maybe you're the one everyone leans on — the one who has it together, who shows up, who handles it. And underneath that, you're exhausted. Disconnected from things that used to feel good. Going through the motions of a life that looks fine from the outside but doesn't feel like yours anymore.
That's what I mean by survival mode. You don't have to be in crisis for it to matter — it's years of getting by instead of actually living. And it often traces back further than people expect: childhood, past relationships, experiences you've never fully had space to work through.
My work is helping you do that — gently, and at your own pace — so you can start feeling like yourself again.
I started Pavelle Wellness because I kept meeting women who were exhausted from holding everything together — and who deserved more than just getting by. I specialize in working with women through anxiety, depression, trauma, and the life transitions that tend to bring people to therapy in the first place. I work with both adults and teens 15 and up, and my goal is to help you move from surviving to actually living — not just an hour of talking, but a place where things genuinely start to shift.
Born and raised in Michigan, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago before completing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. My own experience with therapy is part of what drew me to this work in the first place. Outside the therapy room, I've competed in equestrian sports since I was six years old, and spent a decade modeling — an experience that shaped my passion for helping women build a healthier, more confident relationship with their bodies and self-image.
I'm an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Therapist, which I draw on alongside traditional talk therapy when it's a good fit for what you're working through. Sessions are entirely virtual, so we can work together from anywhere in Florida.

Every client's path looks a little different. Here's where most people begin.
Weekly or biweekly video sessions built around what's actually going on for you — anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or the mix of it all. I specialize in working with women, and see both adults and teens 15+.
A structured, evidence-based approach for processing difficult or stuck memories, using bilateral stimulation to help the brain move past what talk therapy alone sometimes can't reach.
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps your brain reprocess memories and experiences that still feel stuck — using a technique called bilateral stimulation, which alternates left-right input to help the brain move through difficult material. It's gradual and paced to what feels manageable, and you're in control the entire time.
It's often used for trauma, but it's also effective for anxiety, grief, and experiences that talk therapy alone hasn't fully resolved.

Yes — research consistently shows telehealth therapy, including EMDR, can be as effective as in-person sessions for most people. Many clients also find it easier to stay consistent when they're not commuting to an office.
I do not accept insurance. Sessions are self-pay at $150 per session.

It depends on what you're working on. Some clients come for a few months around a specific issue; others stay longer-term. We'll check in regularly on how it's going.
